We are looking for a student house mate to join our house!

All tenants are currently students studying at Manchester Metropolitan University who are fun, friendly, and sociable. They enjoy going out, meeting new people, and experiencing different things.

The house is incredibly spacious and clean featuring a communal area to watch TV and films connected to the kitchen and dining area. The open-plan makes it ideal to socialise, relax as well as cook and complete assignments. The property also features a large garden, an ideal area to socialise as well as relax by a log fire.

We have two shared bathrooms, and the room advertised has a large double bed with a desk area for studying. The room is also on the top floor, perfect for new tenants who would prefer a quieter living experience for university and those who would like to make new friends! The house provides a kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and air fryer. We are also lucky enough to have outside street space for tenants' cars if wanted.

The house is located near supermarkets such as Lidl and Asda, with a two-minute walking distant to bus stops for university and work, the house is also near restaurants on the curry mile and a lovely green spaced park.
