Double Bedroom to let between Rusholme Fallowfield

I’m offering a spare double bedroom in my flat for £500 per month, all bills and council tax included.

The price is reduced because the flat is currently in the process of purchase and ongoing renovation, so it’s not in perfect condition just yet. I really appreciate your patience while improvements and repairs are being carried out.

On the plus side, the location is fantastic – right between Platt Fields Park and Birchfields Park, with great access into Manchester city centre.

I’m looking for a lodger who is friendly and easygoing, but also respectful of personal space, individuality, and cultural differences. I value privacy and a calm environment, so it would be great to live with someone who feels the same.

The living room isn’t a shared space as I use it for work/business, but you’ll have full access to the kitchen and bathroom.

I’m happy to consider short-term stays, and I’m not asking for a deposit.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, respectful, and generally a positive person. I try to stay optimistic, even when things are challenging, and I aim to create a comfortable and easy-going atmosphere at home.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset who is currently working and able to pass basic referencing checks – but we can go over all of that when you come to view the room.
