Looking for flatmate

Hi! I’m about to start a Master’s in Social Work this September and was originally planning to live with a friend, but unfortunately she can’t afford it anymore. We found a flat in Rusholme that we both really liked, and the rent would be £575 per person per month, so I’m hoping to find someone to take the spare room rather than start the search again elsewhere.

I’m quite a sociable person and enjoy baking, going to the pub, and spending time with friends, but I also love quieter nights in watching films. I’m looking to live with someone who’s clean, considerate, and easy to get along with. lmk if you have any questions or would like to meet up!

Also, I put down that the room is a single room as the bed is smaller than a double, but i’d say it’s a bit inbetween a single and a double if that makes sense? I can send the link if you would like to have a look at the video tour uploaded on right move!
