Lodger needed for 2 month sublet, Moss Side

Kippax Street is looking for a lodger for the summer months, and is welcoming professionals, students, internationals, and anyone who needs a place to stay at a very good price.

Details:
- Rent duration: 18th July - 18th September (Flexible, can be shorter and/or earlier)
- Rent due: £450 on the day before move in and £450 on the 17th August.
- Double sized bed, new mattress, TV in room, wardrobe and bed-frame storage space.
- Shared bathroom with 1 other tenant
- Garden with brick BBQ pit
- Paper, cardboard, metal, and glass recycling skips.
- Open-plan kitchen and living room

I will be moving down to London for that time and am as of yet unsure if I will return in September (most likely)

In the case that I don't, you may be able to extend the contract at the full price (£475 pm incl. bills)

This house is a wonderful place to stay at, very cosy and super kitted out (Nest heating, smart TV, garden, pull-out sofa bed for guests), as well as being so close to campus, and only 5 mins away from buses to town. Perfect for professionals and students doing a summer stay.
