I’m looking for a female student to take over my tenancy at Dwell MSV South on Great Western Street, Manchester. It’s a Gold Ensuite for £215/week with bills included, available ASAP until 21 August 2027. The accommodation is around an 8-minute walk from the University of Manchester and close to shops, restaurants and other amenities. The room is really spacious, with plenty of storage and study space, and has a private bathroom with a bathtub. It’s a 3-person flat and the other two tenants are girls. I’m looking for someone who can take over the tenancy ASAP. Please DM me if you’re interested and I can send photos or any other details!
