The house is spread across 3 floors and includes:

A large communal lounge

A shared kitchen

Two additional shared bathrooms – one small bathroom downstairs beside the kitchen and another upstairs with a bath and shower

A back garden

On-site parking available with a permit

YOUR HOUSEMATES

There are currently 4 other girls living in the house, and they are all nursing students!

LOCATION

The house is in a great student location in Manchester, with shops nearby and everything you need close at hand.

RENT

£780 per month, including bills. The rent is £10 more than the other rooms because this room has its own en-suite bathroom.
