Student rooms to let friendly flat, bills included

We're looking for someone to take over our room in a friendly, well-kept student flat in Manchester. The flat has 5 bedrooms with a shared kitchen, living area and 5 bathrooms, and the room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and storage Bills are included , there's reliable Wi-Fi that's great for studying, and campus is 15 mins away on foot or by bus, close to shops, cafés and transport links. We'd love a respectful, tidy and reliable student to join us, undergraduate or postgraduate, who's happy to pay rent and bills on time and chip in with keeping shared spaces clean. It's a relaxed, quiet-to-moderate household where we keep noise down on weeknights and during exam periods, share a cleaning rota, buy our own food and respect each other's space, but still enjoy a chat, a meal or a film together now and then. The tenancy runs until August 2027 and you'd be taking over our contract, so the landlord or agency will need to approve the handover.
