We have a double room available to rent in Rusholme (five mins walk from Wilmslow Road) close to Manchester University and two miles from the city centre. The room is a loft conversion which has been done to a high standard: walk in shower/sink (toilet is shared), memory foam mattress on the double bed, black out blinds, carpet, plain walls, flat screen tv/dvd player, leather desk and chair and is extremely quiet and suitable for studying. I share the house with my gay friend Mark who is a mature student studying for his nursing degree and I work at the BBC. We are both in our 40s. It’s £120 per week payable weekly in advance and no deposit is required. The price includes all bills including WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. There is ample street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac. We have had student/tv lodgers in the past who have been very happy being part of our friendly household.
