A lovely furnished double room in Sale

We’re looking for a housemate to share our lovely 3 bedroom house in Sale. We've one large cosy double bedroom to offer, with brand new wooden flooring and new double glazed windows.

We're in a PERFECT location... a 5 minute drive to the new bars & shops in Stanley Square, a 3 minute walk to Morrisons local, a 5 minute drive to Tesco Extra, Sainsburys and Aldi. 10 minute drive to the airport, and Trafford Centre! 20 minute drive into the city! We have a nice tidy house, set in a quiet residential area with off-road parking.

We've a lovely private back garden which is great for BBQs when the sun shines! There are plenty of nice parks nearby too. Plus we've just had a brand new kitchen & bathroom fitted!

You'll be sharing with Chiara, Gareth, Lucy and Josh, we're very friendly and would like a sociable housemate to join us.

We're professionals, into films (have our own projector for movie nights), fitness, filmmaking, karaoke, walks in the country. We love to have meals together but at the same time respect each other’s privacy.

The rents £625, all bills included, very reasonable for the area (We've kept the deposit low too at £250, most people ask for a month's rent on top).
