I’m ideally looking for a friendly, respectful professional who is looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than simply renting a room.

The room is a comfortable double with its own dedicated luxury bathroom, large TV with access to media, films and music, tea and coffee-making facilities and a fridge.

You’ll also have use of the shared areas of the house, including:

• Comfortable sitting room
• Dedicated workspace
• Wi-Fi
• Off-road
• Basement gym with separate cardio and weights areas

The house is modern, relaxed and very well looked after, with plenty of space and a friendly atmosphere.

Set in a peaceful residential neighbourhood with excellent local amenities, the property also benefits from great transport links, including easy access to the tram network and Manchester city centre.

I currently also host the room through Airbnb, where the property is a Guest Favourite, so you can see more photographs and independent reviews on request.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and comfortable sharing a home while also enjoying their own independence and privacy. Ideally suited to a working professional.

Available for longer-term rental. Ideally Monday to Friday but would consider full time.
