I’m a 27-year-old female homeowner looking for a friendly, respectful professional lodger to share my 2-bedroom ground-floor maisonette in Sale.

The bedroom is fully furnished and ready to move into. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared spaces, and you’d be welcome to use the household items provided, including plates, cutlery, kitchenware and the TV.

I work hybrid, splitting my week between working from home and going into the office, so I’m looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and easy to live with.

The property also has front and back gardens and street parking. The tram and local shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities are all within around a 5–10 minute walk.

Rent is £650 per month including bills. Ideally looking for someone aged 25–37, male or female, professional, non-smoker and no pets.
