You would be sharing the communal areas with one other person but would have your own large private bathroom with bath and shower.
You would also have your own parking space.

It is a nicely appointed ground floor apartment in a secure gated residential area in Sale, Manchester.
It is on Brooklands Road, which is a very nice area, and is only a 5 minute walk to Brooklands tram stop which goes straight into Manchester.

All bills are included with fair use.

It would be ideal for anyone working in Manchester or Media City, given its proximity to the Metrolink. It is also very well placed for Wythenshawe Hospital and Manchester Airport.

It is available Monday to Friday for £600 per month or £150 per week. You could leave your things there safely, and you can lock the door. You could also stay at the weekends if you needed to.
