Lovely Double Room near Media City, Salford Quays

I have a furnished double room to rent in my spacious flat, near to Media city, Salford Quays and Manchester city centre.

There is a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table in the room, plus a wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and Chromecast for watching Netflix etc.

Good transport links - motorway, bus and tramstops are all nearby with Media City a 15 minute walk away. The city centre is about a mile and a half away, roughly a 35 minute walk. The nearest tramstop, Anchorage, is a 7 minute walk away, from where you can go direct to Deansgate-Castlefield in 12 minutes.

It's a secure, gated development and you'd have the use of a parking space if needed.

There is a gym and sauna on site and plenty of takeaways just across the road! Of course full use of the kitchen and living areas is included, as are the bills.

The development has beautiful landscaped communal gardens unlike other developments so close to the city centre.

I have broadband, Netflix, a dishwasher, washing machine and new central heating boiler so the shower is hot and powerful. The bathroom is shared but you'd have your own bathroom cabinet.

I'm polite, friendly, easygoing, and a fairly quiet person, respectful of your space. I keep the flat clean and tidy so would want to share with someone who is tidy also. I work full-time and like to workout at home on weeknights. Some weeks I go swimming or circuit training during the week.

I like to watch movies and Netflix at weekends and am often out visiting friends on a Saturday night. I'm not big into going out to bars/clubs, but I love going to the cinema as well as nights in with a bottle of wine.

Smoking is fine outside on the walk around balcony and I don't mind vaping inside the flat.
