All of our rooms come FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed and mattress, under bed storage, wardrobe, bedside table with drawers, dining table with two chairs, desk with desk chair and a wall mounted LCD TV.

Each studio comes with an integrated kitchen with COMPLIMENTARY basic appliances (microwave, kettle toaster) as well as a modern independent bathroom.

You';ll also find an on-site gym available for all tenants to use 24 HOURS A DAY, along with an on-site laundry room which has recently been UPGRADED; meaning you can check on the status of your wash from the comfort of your own room.

There is a communal courtyard, so when Manchester does receive some sun, there's some outdoor space for you to enjoy.
