It is only ten minutes' walk to Salford university and 2 minutes' walk to Lidl supermarket. Nearby there are various buses and in less than 30 minutes you reach the very heart of Manchester city center.

All 4 bedrooms are of double size, and two are upstairs and two downstairs. The rooms are furnished with double bed, bedside table, mirrored wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, and chair. All rooms are clean with laminate floors but the entrance, stairs and landings have carpets for quiet environment. The large kitchen has brand new appliances: oven, large fridge freezer, additional freezer, washing machine, separate dryer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. It has a dining with table and chairs - spacious and perfect for socialization. The house has one bathroom and one cloak room (attached to one of the upstairs bedrooms).

Rent: The two downstairs rooms are £550 per person per month and the two upstairs rooms are £565 per person per month. The rent includes all utility bills and broadband but excludes council tax (full time students are exempt from council tax).
