Looking for a comfortable, fully furnished room in a peaceful yet well-connected area. I’m offering a spare bedroom in my stylish and spacious apartment, perfect for a kind, easy-going, and tidy individual.

About the Room & Apartment:
• Fully furnished with a bed, small fridge, desk, chair and a small wardrobe
• Spacious and bright with a welcoming atmosphere
• Conveniently located just 20 minutes on foot from the city center
• Close to Lidl, Asda, PureGym, Tim Hortons, and McDonald’s
• Large parking area—perfect if you have a car
• Clean and well-maintained space—looking for someone who values the same!

A Bit About Me:

I work full-time (5 days a week) and usually get home around 6-7 PM. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at the gym, climbing, or just relaxing at home.

I share the apartment with Ace, my sweet and playful Russian Blue cat. She’s friendly and loves company. If you have a cat of your own, that’s totally fine with me!
