Hi! :) We're looking for a 3rd tenant for our 3 bedroom apartment on Ordsall Lane.

Car park spot. Shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and washing machine.
Approximately a 20 minute walk from Deansgate. A 7 minute walk to Regent Retail Park, with a large Sainsbury's. And 10 mins walk from Cornbrook Metrolink.

Available from May 20th. Rent £480/month. Bills £130/month (including council tax)

We are 2 full-time working professionals. We’d describe the flat as a calm, friendly and warm environment. Ideally looking for another working professional on a similar wavelength to us.

Here's a little bit about us:
- Rob (26) I’d describe myself as friendly & considerate. I’m quite active and enjoy rock climbing/hiking/camping but also like to chill out by watching a film or reading. I enjoy going out with friends but I’m not much of a drinker. I work in TV :)

- I'm Julia (29) I’m friendly and easygoing. I like films, tv series, music, reading, drawing. I like to rock climb and go out on walks. I generally prefer nights in to nights out, but I like going out every once in a while.
