Double room + own bathroom in city centre 650pcm

Hey, I am Victoria, I’m 27 and am looking for a young professional, new flatmate to take over a double bedroom in the centre of Manchester. You will have your own spacious bathroom (basically an ensuite as it is just opposite your room).

The flat is very modern, with a Juliette balcony, located 1 min walk from Salford central, 15 mins from Deansgate station and 10 mins from the city centre (Arndale). The rent is £650/month excluding bills. Bills work out to around £170.00 each/month (variable) and this includes wifi, council tax, water and electricity. There is a concierge/management on site which makes the complex feel quite safe and great for receiving parcels.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respects a communal space. I am sociable and friendly, love good food, going for coffee, watching a good film, and like sports/gym and the outdoors. I also appreciate personal space and respect others needing to take their own time, but I’m also looking for a friend with similar interests and who is up for hanging out when we can.

I am currently working as a pharmacist at MRI. I will be working shifts and am looking for someone who is ok with this, but importantly is respectful when on night shifts. In addition to this, because of my shifts, I am looking for someone who is not WFH.
