One bed furnished apartment to rent - incl bills

My lovely tenant is moving overseas alas I am seeking a new tenant for my entire one bed furnished apartment located in Salford just behind Spinningfields. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes most bills (i. e. 500mb BT fibre, water, council tax). I just ask that the electricity is switched over to your name. The rental is for one person occupancy only under a shorthold agreement of 6 months followed by a rolling monthly contract thereafter.

The apartment is as you see it in the pictures. It was built 2 years ago, has been kept really well, is warm and comfortable and also very quiet. Given this is normally my primary residence there are a number of personal items which will remain in the apartment such as books, two guitars, some tools in the utility room and other items. I’ve discounted the price slightly to reflect this.

The bedroom has plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobes, the king-size bed is super comfy with an Emma mattress and storage underneath. The rest of the apartment is open plan. There’s also a small and quiet lounge in the building with booths, sofa, small kitchen area, outside garden area and wifi - so a nice space to work. The apartment kitchen has a decent amount of storage, and there is a toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, TV, kitchen utensils/cutlery/plates and cleaning items available – basically everything you need.

Given there is a few of my belongings as well as furniture already it wouldn’t really suit someone with tonnes of stuff, and therefore more suited to someone who’s travelling a bit lighter. I have a good desk already, very comfortable chair and spare monitor which you can use if you are a remote/hybrid worker. The apartment is super close to the city centre and not far from the big Sainsbury’s with the Local Co-Op about a 3 minute walk away.

Please note that there is no private parking at the apartment. There is limited free parking in the area also so it is not guaranteed that you can get a space nearby. If you are heavily reliant on the car it may be frustrating however if you don’t always need to move the car you can usually find a free space eventually.

My current tenant is moving overseas on the 6th April so that weekend is the ideal move-in date, however if you have any specific needs or dates please message me. I’m a very hands-off landlord so it’s important I get the right person in who I can trust with my home. Sorry, but please also only message if you are a working professional in full-time employment.
