The house is in a great spot — close to the university and hospital — and has a big kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a patio out the back and fast broadband. 4min walk to Aldi, post office and other shops. 2 min to the bus stop. The room comes with a lock . Both bedrooms also have a desk for work/study. Bathroom to be shared between 2 people.
I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and appreciates a calm, relaxed home. It’s a quiet household and we all like to keep things tidy and comfortable.
