Top floor has a balcony with barbecue in place, access will be available on request as me and my partner would be living on the top floor.
We will share a living room with a sofa and a fully electrically equipped kitchen. We advise viewing.
We are both working professionals. We are looking to share our space with someone who is clean, tidy, non smoker. We are sociable and do enjoy food with a nice movie evening but Ofcourse do respect boundaries. :On occasions do have friends over in the evenings for a game night or movies, but ensure quiet time 11pm onwards.
