Hi, I’m moving to Australia and looking to rent out my room.

The apartment is fully furnished and has a great view of Manchester from the balcony.

It’s the master bedroom in the apartment and has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe as well as an en-suite.

There are plenty of shops in walking distance (under 5 minutes), i. e. big Sainsbury‘s, Boots, Argos, McDonalds, KFC, petrol station, a JD Gym and plenty more.

Cornbrook tram stop, buses to the city centre and more all within a 8 minute walk. Deansgate/city centre is a 15/20 minute walk.

1 car parking space included in a secured gated car park. However this is used and paid for by the other tenant.

Looking for a clean, respectable professional that will look after my plants while I’m away!
