A beautiful and homely terraced house

We are two friends who are renting a terraced house in Salford, looking for another female housemate.

It’s an amazing location in Salford, just off Chapel Street.

About the flat:
• Flexible move in date - from 29 October
• Looking for someone as our current housemate is moving in with her partner very soon
• 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets (2 bathrooms). You will be sharing a bathroom with Jess
• Great location in Salford: 10 minute walk from Spinningfields, 20 minutes from Market Street and 30 minutes from NQ
• Lots of cute cafes and restaurants really close by (Old fire station bakery, Procaffeinated, Porta tapas)
• Very spacious living space and bedroom

About us:
• we are 29 and 28, love going out for brunch or dinner, drinks, doing crafts, hikes, yoga, gym, as well as a night in watching a series or film!
• Not a party house
• We are both very clean and considerate housemates and would expect the same from you
• We would be looking for someone who doesn’t work from home or wfh 2 days a week

What we are looking for in a housemate:
A housemate who is professional, kind, clean, considerate.
Would be lovely to find a friend as well as a housemate too if we have similar interests 🙂
