Hi,
I have a generous sized spare room in a spacious flat in overlooking the river in Salford. I'm looking for a tidy, chilled and sociable, professional to share with.
The room is a spacious double, with a view of the river and can be taken furnished or unfinished.
There is a large living, dining and kitchen with large windows, letting in plenty of light.
There are 2 bathrooms so you will have your own, just sharing a shower until the one in the ensuite is fixed.
The apartment is in a great location with frequent buses into the city as well as Salford Quays, The Trafford Centre, Bolton, Bury, Leigh, Warrington and Worsley.
Salford Crescent train is about 15 mins walk.
Peel Park is only a 5 minute walk where there is a weekly park run.
I work Monday to Friday mainly from the office and occasionally from home. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, run, cook, watch movies and socialise with friends.
I try and keep the apartment clean, tidy and organised and looking for someone who is similar.
