Hi, I’m Hannah!
I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my two-bedroom flat in Salford as my flat mate is moving out. It’s a great spot, close to Salford Quays, and just a 15-minute walk to Sainsbury’s on Regent Road. The room is a spacious double, and there’s a big open-plan kitchen and living room and shared bathroom. Plus, there’s free on-street parking available.
Move-in would be from 06/06/2026 when the new tenancy starts. The rent is £527.50, with bills coming to about £200.
The tenancy will be on a rolling contract.
I’m 29 and work in Customer Service, 9-5, Monday to Friday. I’m pretty chill and like to keep things tidy around the flat. I enjoy a cozy night in but also love grabbing a drink out in town.
