I have two first-floor rooms available for rent, both with easy and convenient access to a shared bathroom. Both come with wardrobes. Room 1 is slightly larger, while Room 2 features a private balcony. I’ll be removing my work desk from Room 2 shortly and replacing it with a double bed, compact desk, and chair.

The ground floor offers shared access to a spacious hall and a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, dryer, air fryer, and ample fridge/freezer space.

Preference for female tenants, but open to all respectful and tidy individuals.

I live in the en-suite top-floor and work in IT—hybrid working.
