I am looking for somebody to replace my current flatmate who is relocating to the south for work and moving out end of October 2025.

Been in the property for 7months now:

Nice looking flat.
Good location.
Very close to town without the ridiculous MCR centre prices. Secured fob access on all floors.
Tram station is close and that takes you into town.
Parking available.

Everything is set up already - Fast Wifi, electric meters, etc.

£760 is inclusive of rent + all bills. Will be slightly lower during the summer months cause we'll use less heating.

you will have the ensuite room. while I will have the main bathroom, which has a shower and bath.

I am laid back, and i like being clean.

I am into Afrobeats, fitness, and travelling. i 'm looking for someone chill who has similar interests and who i can go out with now and again but at the same time can respect that sometimes i just want to do my own thing.
