The rent is £760 per month with all bills. Alternatively, if you are happy to share only the electricity bill equally between three people, the rent will be reduced to £700 per month. All other costs (council tax, water, internet, etc.) remain included in the rent.
If you want your private washroom the rent is £850 all bills including.

The flat is newly renovated and furnished. Only a 6-minute walk to Chapel Street and Blackfriars Road, with great transport links and shops nearby.

I’m an easy-going person and work full-time as a Chartered Accountant. I mostly keep to myself when at home and enjoy a peaceful environment.
