Looking for a clean, respectful flatmate to share

I am currently in the process of moving out and I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at the end of the month.

The person will be sharing with my lovely roommate, she works full time and loves to cook. She’s looking for a like-minded to share the flat with. She enjoys a relaxed, tidy home environment — somewhere comfortable to unwind after work.

Looking for someone who’s respectful, clean, and responsible with bills. This isn’t a party flat, so I’d prefer someone who keeps noise to a minimum during the week and doesn’t host frequent gatherings.
