Spacious Double Room in Friendly House Share

We’ve got a bright, spacious double room available in our clean and relaxed house, and we’re looking for someone easy-going to join us.

You’ll be living with two professionals (26 & 22). One works from home, the other splits time between work and study. We’re sociable but not intense – we enjoy our own space, keep things tidy, and like the house to feel calm and comfortable. Think chilled evenings, the odd film night, but definitely not a party house.

The room itself is a good-sized double with loads of natural light. There’s space for a desk if you work from home and plenty of room for storage.

The house is fully furnished and well kept, with:
• Shared kitchen
• Comfortable living area
• Bathroom
• Fast WiFi (great if you WFH)

Location is a big bonus:
• Bus stop directly next to the house with regular links into Manchester city centre
• Aldi literally next door
• Other shops and amenities within walking distance

It’s ideal for a working professional or student who wants somewhere clean, friendly and easy to live in.
