Big bright double in a calm, tidy house

Hey! We've got a big double room going in our house and we're looking for someone easy-going to move in.

It's the two of us (26 and 22). One of us works from home and the other is between work and study. We're pretty laid back, we like our own space but we're always up for a chat or the odd film night. Definitely not a party house, more of a chilled evenings kind of vibe.

The room's a good size with loads of natural light and plenty of storage. The house is fully furnished and kept nice, with:
• Shared kitchen
• Comfy living room
• Bathroom
• Fast WiFi

Location's honestly a big plus:
• Bus stop right outside with regular buses into Manchester city centre
• Aldi literally next door
• Shops and everything else you need within walking distance

Who we're after:
• Someone with a 9 to 5 who's out at work during the day
• Tidy and cleans up after themselves
• Happy to do their bit on the cleaning rota and bins
• Fine with the odd guest, just not someone over every day
• Easy to live with and up for a chat now and then
