• I currently live in Dubai

• I usually return to the UK around every 3 months for short periods

• Even when I am back in the UK, I regularly travel between cities for work, so I’m rarely in the flat consistently

• I will still be covering a portion of the rent & all household bills myself

The flat is therefore quiet most of the time and would suit someone independent who is happy with a relaxed living arrangement and comfortable having their own space and who will also make the space their own✨.

I’m very chilled, friendly, likes to laugh & a business owner, so I’m usually busy just getting on with things. The flat is generally quiet, relaxed & low-stress, and I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe 😊

The apartment is available on a part-time shared basis. The tenant will have exclusive use of the full apartment, with the exception of one bedroom which is retained by the owner for occasional visits only. The owner lives abroad for the majority of the year.
