I’m Andy, 30, a working professional and am currently looking for a flatmate to come join me in my apartment as my current flatmate is moving out.
I’m chilled out and tidy and work in the office 3 times a week and work from home twice a week. I tend to spend evenings chilling watching tv or by going running/to the gym.
The bedroom has a double bedroom, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is separate and private for you only. We then share the living & kitchen area.
Broadband is included and other bills come to around £410 per month which we then split.
The building has courtyard gardens, a secure parcel room, a co-working space, onsite security, bike storage, car parking available (at additional charge) and also a coffee shop and Co-op.
