I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from end of April / May 1st in the 2 bed flat I currently live in! You will have a double room and your own bathroom.
My flatmate Sarah is 27 with two gorgeous cats Aurora and Tikita 🐾 They are shy and tend to keep to themselves! Sarah is the most amazing, chilled out and respectful (of noise, mess etc) flatmate and has been a dream. I am just relocating
The flat is classed as Salford but wits a 5 minute walk away from Selfridges & Manchester Victoria and is located on the 30th floor
The apartment complex has amazing amenities including a sky lounge, gym, cinema room and balcony all included in rent price. And within walkable distance to anything you need.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table set of 2 drawers! The bathroom also has a bath and cabinets for storage.
