I currently live in a 3 bed flat with 2 other girls. I have decided very last minute to go travelling and therefore I need to find a replacement tenant asap, so they can move in from 01/11. Last month one of the girls moved out to live with her boyfriend, so we are also seeking a replacement for her. I am advertising one room and my flatmate has advised another. Let me know if you want to see either of the rooms.

Deposit wise, as me and the other girl are leaving the tenancy, all that would happen is when you move in and your checks are done, a transfer would happen to give the deposit to the person leaving.
