Hey everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over a double bedroom in a modern flat at Middlewood Locks, sharing with me, Tom. I’m easygoing and keep the place clean and relaxed.

The flat is genuinely stunning. You’ll have a spacious double bedroom with your own private bathroom located directly outside the room (not shared). There’s also a bright open-plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all essential appliances. The balcony gets loads of sunshine in the summer.

The building itself has some great perks, including co-working spaces and regular community events like yoga and craft nights. It’s also pet-friendly and a very welcoming, LGBTQ+ friendly household.

Location-wise, there’s a great local coffee shop, a Co-op nearby, and a large Sainsbury’s and retail park with a gym all within a 5-minute walk.

Bills are approximately £130 per month (shared).

Please note: the building requires a minimum salary of £28,000.
