Hi everyone, I’m the main tenant in a modern 2‑bedroom flat right next to Salford Shopping Centre, and I’m looking for a friendly professional to share the place with. I’ve been living here for six months and it’s honestly a brilliant location, so I’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy the space as much as I do. The room is semi-furnished so feel free to bring your own if needed.

The living room is spacious and bright, with a brand new sofa set that makes it a great place to relax after work. The bathroom has a full size tub, and there’s also a small extra room that works perfectly for storage. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to keep tidy.

You’d be sharing with me only. All bills and fast WiFi are included, and there’s a private car park.

The building has a staffed reception on the ground floor and security cameras throughout the communal areas, so it feels safe, secure, and well‑managed.

The location is ideal for young professionals, with cafés, supermarkets, gyms, and transport links all within a short walk 1-5 min walk. It’s an easy commute to Manchester city centre, MediaCity, Salford Quays, and nearby offices, so everything you need is close by.

I’m a professional Civil Engineer, easy going, respectful, and sociable. I like a relaxed and clean home where we can chat or unwind after work, but I also value personal space and a calm environment. If you’re similar, I think we’d get along well.
