En-suite two-bed flat 5 minutes from city centre

Hi!

I currently live in Salford, only 5 minutes away from Market street and Deansgate, in a two-bed en-suite flat and I am looking for a new flatmate to move in with me in July as my contract will end in July.

The building complex has a gym, co-working spaces, yoga sessions every week, 24/7 reception, security and monthly events. This is included in the price alongside the Wi-Fi. Rent is currently £770 per person, I have been told it will most likely go up to £790 once contract ends.

**The flat will not stay in my name once the notice has been handed in, therefore a fully new contract has to be signed. We can either reserve this flat together or we can reserve another flat here. All flats have the same layout and there's availability. **

I am genuinely very happy with this place and the community, and would love to stay here and share a flat with someone else who is also looking for something similar :)

Water bill - ~£20 per person/ month
Electricity - ~£40 pp/month
Council tax (Band D Salford Council) - £120 pp/month

I am tidy and clean, eat healthy, I am active, I enjoy staying in but also enjoy going out with friends for coffee/ brunch or social events like games nights, concerts etc. I am not a party animal and not much into drinking, so I am looking for someone with similar values, not looking to have a party flat. Apart from that, I will be happy to find someone who can also be a friend, but equally if we can respect each other's space and do things on our own that will also be fine :)
