Hi folks, I am looking for a new roommate to share my lovely flat at M7, it’s right next to a bus stop and a corner shop. Here’re some great features:

- City center: walking 25 minutes /bus 5-10 mins base on traffic
- Grocery: 1 min walk to Nisa Local, 10 mins walk to Lidl
- Free roadside parking.
- Safe and quiet environment.
- Expected rent plus bills & tax would be about 700-720£, depending on actual spend.
- Tax band B

Room feature:
Individual room plus an individual detached bathroom with a bathtub, fully furnished with a double bed and a closet. We would share a kitchen and living room together.

About me:
I am working in the city center 3 days a week, the rest of the days I do volunteering and meet friends, like cooking (non-vegetarian food) and watching films and series. I invite friends over for dinner sometimes.
