The apartment is fully furnished and located in a really good development with great amenities and transport links into Manchester city centre and MediaCityUK.

Rent: Around £700–£800 each depending on the final apartment selected and negotiated rent.

Bills are not included and will be shared separately. Council Tax Band C.

Looking for: A clean, respectful, and easy-going professional who’s comfortable sharing a calm and relaxed home environment. Ideally someone who keeps shared spaces tidy and is straightforward to live with.
