Im looking for a girlie to join me in this stunning 2 bed flat in Salford from the end of June ✨

The flat is in a central location only 5/10 minutes walk into town.
The building offers:

- A gym
- Co-working spaces
- Private spaces you can rent out
- Frequent events such as craft workshops, yoga classes, book club, games nights and food pop ups

The flat is a furnished 2 bed. The room itself is a double with its own bathroom and comes with plenty of storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables).
The rent is £775 a month (wifi included) and bills are normally around £175 each. So around £950 total.

A bit about me… I’m Hazel, 30, and I’m a civil servant who works full time. I’m usually in the office 2 days a week and work from home the rest of the time. I’m usually pretty chill in the week but love hanging out with friends, a few bevs here and there at the weekend followed by a wholesome Sunday walk and coffee. I also play badminton with my friend so if you’re into that you’re more than welcome to join us (no pressure!). It’s a cliche but I would love to live with someone that I also become friends with but equally respect each others space. I don’t want to feel like I love with a stranger! I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so someone who can help me keep on top of that would be fab. At least in the shared living area, what goes on in your room is your business!
