Looking for a new flatmate to join a lovely 2-bedroom apartment!

I’m moving on and looking for a friendly female to take my place in this fantastic flat. You’ll be joining my current housemate, a professional female, who is wonderful to live with. Since we are on a rolling tenancy, we just need to swap me out for you as a replacement tenant!

The Space

Your Room: A bright, large double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.

Storage: Honestly, the storage here is a dream. There’s plenty of room for all your clothes, suitcases, and gear without the flat ever feeling cluttered.

The Kitchen: It features a large kitchen island, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer and the oven

Living Room: A really spacious, separate living area that’s great for winding down. Because it’s a 2-bed apartment, it feels very private and quiet.

The Setup

The Apartment: Modern, high-spec, and situated in a great part of Salford. The building has a communal area, a gym, and events

Flatmate: Sharing with just one other female. It’s a clean, relaxed, and respectful home.

The Admin: You’ll be a replacement tenant on the agreement. The landlord/agency will just need to do the usual reference checks.

Rent: £724 per month,

Deposit: £0

Availability: From 24th July
