My name is David. I am almost 26 working as an healthcare professional in Tameside. I have the spare room which is ensuite and furnished. Wifi and washing machine available. You will only live with me ( I’m single) and shared the kitchen and living room with me.

House environment:
1 ensuite (you will live in this room) with double bed.
1 shared kitchen and living room. Full furnished as well.
1 balcony
co-working space and gym available
No pets and I am not a smoker

Location: M3 5PE, Salford. (You can walk to Arndale shopping centre just about 10 minutes, 20 minutes walk to Piccadilly Garden, 2 mins walk to Salford Central train station)

House type: 2 bedroom apartment, located on the 3/F floor

Parking: Yes, indoor car park. Need to ask the availablity for indoor parking

Expenditure for the rent:
Rent: £1465 per 2 person (£732.5 per person per month)

Water and electricity bills: around £100 per person during the winter time (summer time possibly less)

Council tax: Band C (Around £ 200 per 2 person per month)
Wifi already included in the rent

You will pay around £950 per month for yourself

It will be available from 28th July. But I could ask my flatmate whether he could move earlier as he may move out from 28th June.

No fixed term for the tendency agreement with the landlord. But my preference will be minimum tendency is 6 months please.
