I am due to move into a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath flat in Salford (near regents retail park) and am looking to fill the other room!!! The room has a king size bed and has a separate bathroom (which you'll have sole use of) with a bath! Wifi is included in the rent. Bills should come to around £150pm on top of the rent. Is council tax band C. Rent for the room is £700pm (total rent is £1450pm - but paying more as have the en-suite)
Is super close to the big Sainsbury's in Salford and also quick walk to the centre of town, Deansgate etc!
About me:
I'm Charlotte and I'm 24. I am moving back up to Manchester, originally from Nottingham, where my job is based. I work in tech and will be in the office 2/3 days a week.
I enjoy a very clean and tidy space and would want a flatmate who is the same.
