I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 2 bed flat in M3, Blackfriars area. Nice and quiet block of flats, 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of town.
The room is spacious and comes with a double bed and mattress, large open plan kitchen/ living area with a balcony. You will have your own bathroom, complete with bath tub and shower.
My lovely flatmate is 26 and works full time so looking for a female around the same age! She is quiet, clean and respectful of others space, loves chilling so would appreciate someone of the same nature.
Rent is £550 + bills (council tax band D, water, electricity, internet) comes to approx £750 a month.
Deposit is £519.
Move in date is 26/06/2025
I love this flat and have been here for 3 years, the only reason I’m leaving is to move elsewhere with my partner.
