Ensuite in The Filaments

I have an ensuite becoming available in a 2-bedroom flat in Salford from 14th August.
About the flat:
Modern, quiet, and fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in a great location in Salford.
Easy commute to the city centre(10min walk to the nearest tram station and free bus service around the city just down the flat) and corporate hubs and pubs and clubs.
Rent is around £800 per month including wifi bill, excluding other bills (bills usually come to around £150)
balcony with city view, gym in building, parking space, with a co working space, a terrace garden.

About me:
I’m 23, working as a software developer. During the week, my routine is pretty structured—I work full-time and hit the gym a lot. In the evenings, I usually just chill out, cook, or code. I like keeping the flat clean and peaceful, but it’s a friendly vibe.

About you:

I’m completely open to anyone professional as long as you are clean, respectful, and easy-going. It’s not a wild party house, but I'm always down for a chat in the kitchen while still respecting each other's own space and downtime.
