Small Double Friendly Professional Flatmate Wanted

Hi! I’m Beth, a live-in landlord looking for someone to share my home with who’s easy going, up for a laugh and can clean up after themselves. Preffarbly a female working professional, non smoker and who is a dog person <3 You'll also be sharing the property with Poppy, my friendly 4 yr old Frenchie.

Am renting out a cosy small double. The room has plenty of storage including a clothes rail inside the wardrobe. There’s enough space for a desk if you work from home.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, electric oven and gas hob so you don’t need to worry about buying anything! You would be able to freely use the living area and we’d share the bathroom. There’s also secure parking if you drive.

The property is in a great location, close to local amenities and excellent transport links. It's less than a 5 min walk to Weaste tram stop, with MediaCity just a 10 min tram ride away or within walking distance. Lidl and shops are also 10 mins away, making it super convenient. Buile Hill Park is only up the road.

I sometimes wfh during the week, but I'm often away for work or visiting friends at weekends, so the house has a relaxed atmosphere.

To make life easier, bills are included in rent at £625 pc/ month. The room is available from 26th June. I would consider Mon-Fri let at £575 pc/ month.
