Looking for 2 housemates

We have two rooms available in a spacious three-storey house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

One room is on the ground floor by the entrance, featuring high ceilings and plenty of space. The second room is on the first floor, conveniently located near the bathrooms. The remaining two rooms are occupied by two friendly gay guys aged 24–26.

We’re looking for sociable, respectful housemates who enjoy a relaxed and welcoming home environment. LGBT+ friendly and open to everyone. We’d particularly welcome female applicants, but we’re happy to hear from anyone who feels they’d be a good fit.

Cleanliness is a must. Keeping the house clean, tidy and sanitary is essential, and we’re looking for people who take pride in their living space.

The house is located at the top of Chapel Street, just by the University of Salford. It’s only around 8 minutes into Manchester city centre by bus, or roughly a 25–30 minute walk. While it’s not the prettiest road, the area is safe and we’ve never had any issues living here.
