Looking for someone to take over the large double bedroom with en-suite in my two bed, two bath flat when my housemate moves out in August!

£680 rent a month, bills (separate) typically £170-£190 a month inc council tax, wifi, utilities. Deposit £690 due prior to moving in.

City centre location, 10 minute walk from Deansgate Castlefield, Salford Central and Cornbrook stations. 8th floor building with balcony facing the city. 2 minute walk from a retail park with a Sainsbury’s, Boots, JD gym and charity shops!

Fully furnished room (desk and bedside table not included) and en-suite. The flat has a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

I’m a recent master’s grad who has lived in Manchester for a couple years now but I went to uni in Leeds. I love art, music, and a balance of nights in with wine and shared dinner, and nights out!

I’m ideally looking for a female flatmate 20-30, clean and respectful of shared spaces.
