Available from 2nd August. Looking for a gorg new person to take over one of the rooms in my flat!
The room is furnished with a double bed & mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is very spacious and modern. We take a lot of pride in our lovely flat so would love someone that is clean and respectful of the communal areas.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other girl!
The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to Spinningfields/the centre of town and about a 2 min walk to Salford central train station...so a perfect location! The apartments are called Alto apartments.
You will be living with two other girls (both 25). We work as a marketer and dental nurse!
We would love to live with someone sociable, who likes going out for drinks and food but equally likes chilling with a bottle of wine watching rubbish TV. We would love to make a friend rather than just a flatmate!
There is secure parking available, which we currently rent out for £120. Therefore, if you need the space it would be £120 on top of the rent. There is also another slightly cheaper car park across the road and free on road parking on evenings and weekends.
Bills currently come in at around £150 a month each (for everything).
There is also a £50 changeover fee which is split with the outgoing tenant - so £25 will be payable to add you on to the tenancy.
Please message me for more details and to let us know a bit about yourself x
