Room available in spacious 3-bed flat

We’re looking for a new flatmate to fill a room in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, as our current housemate is moving out.

A bit about us: I’m 30, Welsh, and work in marketing. My housemate Greg is 27, from Yorkshire, and works in construction. We met years ago while travelling around Australia and have been good mates ever since. We’ve lived together in this flat for the last few months and are looking for someone friendly, easy-going, and genuine to join the household.

The flat is fully furnished and well set up, as I’ve lived here for a few years, so there are very few additional costs beyond the bond and rent. It’s a comfortable, homely place, and we take pride in keeping it clean, relaxed, and welcoming.
